Actually not totally. I was told that I would get my order on the average of anywhere between 5 and 7 business days. Instead I got it via UPS ground in 2 days or a little under 48 hours from the time of ordering it on the Internet. I got a tracking number via email so that I could make arrangements to have someone be available for delivery. I received what I order.

I am totally satisfied and rather impressed with the service and the price (the cheapest that I could find on the Internet) Thus, I will be shopping again at this site.

First of all, I was given an adapter that was new and from Dell, not a universal adapter, which has potential of causing problems to the motherboard.
