"I have been looking online, and in retail stores, for the perfect white sandal in my size. I was having no luck, so I went to Payless.com. Not only did I find them in my size, I was offered 25% off of my purchase. Next I visited my town's Payless Shoesource where I spoke to an employee about my find. I did not want to use my debit card, so I asked if I could order them through the store, use my coupon, pay cash and have them delivered to the store. The answer was yes on all four questions. Amazing! All I have to do is supply the store with style number of the sandal and the promo code for the 25% off. Having them shipped to the store makes the shipping free. I could not be happier, as the store did not have my size, and I have had such a time of finding the right sandal. The sales associate was more than upbeat, friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with Payless for being so helpful. I shop at Payless often. Our town's store is always neat and clean, has a great selection and I have never experienced any problems with the shoes I have bought. Once this order is complete I will be doing most of my shopping off of their site. Their selection is fantastic and I spoke to customer service during all of this, she was very kind and more than happy to assist me. I really don't understand the bad reviews. I experienced none of these issues. All in all, I was quite pleased with how things worked out. Very happy and pleased customer."
"Ordered 4 pairs of shoes. Called the company to check the status of my order on June 23rd. Was told that my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock. Okay...so they don't have my shoes, so they cancel my order, but don't contact me, nor make any attempt to refund my money? Wow. Do not waste your money on "good deals" with this company. In this day and age of computers, there should be no reason they can't keep track of their inventory. No excuse. Would never give them another dime, online or in store. "
"Customer service is non-existence. They put you on hold or don't read your emails. They don't send product and they don't reimburse, when clearly they charge prior to shipment."
"I hate their customer service so much, they do not care about customer satisfaction what so ever, all they care about is you spending your money on their products which are not even that great, they are over priced for selling knock offs and the workers are extremely rude. Another thing is that their return policy is the worst, I bought a pair if shoes and the next day I realized they were the wrong size so I went to exchange them, they told me they were damagedso they wouldn't except them and it's all because they just want me to buy another pair from them that are the correct size. "
