"I got an email asking for a follow-up. It gets worse...still no communication from them. No product was ever sent (thankfully). Finally, my credit card was charged. Of course, no response from them means that I cannot easily get it removed. My credit card company will probably take care of it, but in the end this was a lot of hassle and headaches. Avoid this company at all costs (no pun intended)."
