His reasoning was that because it was on sale, he could not afford to take the return, even though he admitted that his policy stated otherwise."

Ordering was easy. I was informed within 48 hours that the computer was assembled and "shipped", along with a tracking number. The tracking number, however, was not recognized by FedEx the next morning, the next day, the day after...
After more than 24 hours of emailing and calling PcRightNow, I received no replies to confirm my shipment, whether it had not shipped, or had shipped and had 'slipped' through the FedEx system, or had been given an incorrect shipping number.
Finally, I was emailed that FedEx had not picked up my system, so it sat there for over two days.
As a result, it took me 9 days to receive my order - 7 days after it was supposedly 'shipped'.
You're taking your chances with this vendor. Communication is poor, and the vendor takes no responsibility for how they ship or deliver the product.
I will update my review after I test the computer system, and experience any further communication from the vendor."
