"I purchased an IBM HD on April 12th. Received it on the 19th and it was dead on the 7th of May. They would not exchange drive within 30 days as required by IBM warranty services. I complained enough so they agreed to exchange. They still Sent drive to IBM and have as of June 3rd not sent me a replacement drive. They keep saying the drive is out of stock and they are un able to obtain a new one. Poor customer service and no communication are other problems I have had with PCLink2000. Avoid this reseller."
