I had ordered a product on 14th Dec, 2015 for a birthday gift and there were no information on dispatch after that. I had called CS on 20th to check on the same and they simply say the product is OOS. Why do you guys list OOS products on your website? Why don't you guys have any courtesy to inform customers in such cases? Whatever, I cancelled the order on the 21st and asked for a refund. The amount was not refunded till the 29th. I again called the CS and they say we have just initiated and the amount will be refunded in 24 hours. Like What? The customer should follow-up for a refund? I asked why wasn't this done earlier and the response was commendable "we were on holidays". You should probably learn more before you pitch into an e-commerce platform. Get some help please. "
