"I ordered a GPS on 7/22 and received it on 8/12. The battery was dead and maybe defective because it took 3 days charging before I could even turn the unit on. Everything was in Chinese, including the basemap, making it totally useless for me in the USA. And the unit looked used with poor packaging, scuff marks, etc. The user manual was in tiny print and a very very poor English translation effort. Email communications about my problem were difficult at best because the person did not use English very well. They gave me an address to return the unit which I did on August 17, 5 days after receiving it. I still have received no acknowledgement or credit re the return. Pay Pal was no help saying I waited too long to complain. American Express is handling the matter!! I will not deal with Pick Egg again."
