"did you know that UPS has aquired a brokerage license and now they scoop a big fee on each delivery to Canada. They charged $17.51 upon delivery for this fee afte I had paid for delivery..total cost for a $39 frame after taxes, delivery and brokerage fee came to a whopping $68.00+ You are going to lose Canadian clients over this.. I told everyone in my art group to no longer order from you...
