"I have never bought a picture frame before or even put a picture in a frame. When I was making my custom metal frames, I saw the outside dimensions and thought it was referring to the picture.. not the frame itself. So 1/4 inch of my picture is cut off. I realize now that it was my own stupid mistake, but maybe just a word or two added in the field would have prevented that. I had wanted to buy just the backing for my frame as well, but that was not an option.
