'Picture Frames.com' has not thanked me for the order in my e-mail, like they always do immediately. This makes me think they have not registered my order, and are not proceeding with it. Can you find out and get them moving ? Can't find order number, because there is no e-mail, but subject is 111/2x14 print, outside of frame, slim black wood, 22x18
