"I am very impressed with Pictureframes.com. This was the first time I used them, and I was very pleased with the quality of the materials. Unfortunately, one of the canvas frames has a black linen liner, and there is glue on the linen. I called their customer service to ask if there was a way to remove the glue. She had to check and called me back within 10 minutes to tell me that it could not be cleaned without damaging the linen. So they are sending a complete frame assembly out again, at no cost to me of course. She asked that I donate the damaged frame to a local charity! I was really pleased with this idea, since this was a big frame and rewrapping and shipping it back would have been a pain. I realize that it should have never left their shop in that condition, but I can't fault their response to their mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, and it is how they recover that is the true test to customer service. I will definitely be ordering from them again."

Customer Service is excellent both for pre-sale advice (and they will send loads of samples for free) and for after sales service (I recently got someone else's frame in my package instead and they took complete ownership and I had a custom made replacement at my house within 3 days, and I believe they proactively called the other affected customer) The folks on the phone have always been polite, pleasant and helpful. The wensite is very easy to use and the product is quality."
