"I was so excited to get my shoes so imagine my dismay when I was sent the wrong color. Then to make matters worse I'm told I have to take pictures of the wrong item and send it to them before they will authorize a return. Frustrated yet? I was. Then the csr proceeded to tell me it was probably a manufacturer error because the box has the correct description on it. As if I cared! You mean to tell me you ship shoes without ever checking the box? Seems a bit negligent to me. And the ultimate let down was when I was told they no longer had the shoe that I wanted in my size. Which they probably would have if the csr would have quit trying to send me the wrong color repeatedly even though I was clearly telling her what I needed. I thought I had found my new favorite site for shoes and clothing but after this experience I'm not so sure."
