"So update to the below complaint: I called them (since no one called me) and they said they are working on it. And like a week later some one called me and was a little confused as to what I was requesting. But we straightened out and I received a email confirming I would be getting my over tax back . And on both orders so that was cool. So I'm move them to 4 stars!


I was overcharged sales tax: The sales tax I paid on my order (& come to find out a previous order) was calculated BEFORE my pink basis coupon was applied. But i should have only paid tax on the amount AFTER the coupon applied (the amount I actually paid) according to CA state tax law! I called regarding this matter and was told someone would contact me but I have yet to hear from anyone. Also, my coupon ended up not applying to my whole order but, it doesn't stipulate that anywhere. So I didn't learn this until after I had already placed my order/paid my money."
