Shipping is taking too long

"I placed an order more than a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I paid the shipping fee and their website says it takes 5-7 business days. Today is the 7th business day and yet the tracking still shows that it is in transit to the next location. I don’t know how long more do I have to wait but I think ordering from Shein would have been faster and cheaper"

Nice clothes, not maternity

"My order did arrive quickly. However, the clothes are not as they were advertised online. They did provide the size and length of the tops, but on the models, it all appeared much longer, and the models are taller than I am. The tops are not very long, and the sweater is definitely not intended for a pregnant woman. I am keeping the clothes for post-pregnancy, but bummed I cannot wear them during the pregnancy really. "

Good clothes, difficult service

"I ordered clothes from a gift card. That, alone was pretty difficult to navigate. I ordered two different jeans. When they came in, they were the same exact pair in the same exact size. So I had to return a pair. Getting the customer service to respond to this request took forever. Returns are annoying to begin with, let alone when you didn't even make the mistake. When I finally got correct pair in the mail, they didn't fit how I'd like, so back to returns again. This time, the package came in UPS, but they sent me a USPS return label. Last time was both UPS. Why would they change it? As of this moment, I am stilling waiting on a credit to my gift card so that I can try something else. They one pair of jeans I do have that fit, are amazing. The only thing fitting me right now. It's unfortunate how unorganized the company runs. If I wasn't using a gift card, I would have gone somewhere else with my money by now because they are too difficult to work with. I am now stuck buying from these people until I find something I like. This may take ages..."

Material feels made of plastics

"Fits well however it’s a little see through and cheap for what I paid. Would be nice if it was made of natural materials like cotton or linen. Especially because it maternity clothes no one wants to feel anymore sweaty and uncomfortable. Was delivered quickly no longer than a week. "

Gift for my Daughter

For the price not the best quality

"The quality of the material was not as nice and I had hoped it would be considering this bodysuit was pretty pricey. And the tag doesn’t say pink blush instead it says “Zenana”. Not too sure if that’s a 2nd party company or what. I’d save my money next time."

"I received a pair of pants that were ripped. It has been such a hassle, trying to communicate with them about what’s going to happen how I’m gonna get a refund. I would just like a store credit so I can re-purchase the product they will not help me."
