"I had a horrible experience with the websites user interface. I received error messages numerous times trying to add items to my cart and I’d just have to repeat the same process many times to get something to successfully add to cart. I tried to do an exchange so I wouldn’t lose the bonus cash associated with an exchange versus a return, but every time I would get to the final exchange screen it would wipe out my discount code, and customer service said the only way to proceed is to return and start a new transaction to receive the discount. This would result in my losing the bonus cash. She then offered for me to complete the exchange without the discount and that she’d apply the discount to my balance owed retroactively, but the math on that did not work out to be as advantageous as the discount on the actual exchange cart. Ultimately I decided to do a return for store credit so I could keep all my rewards and then use my discount code on the new items, but then I found out I wouldn’t receive the store credit until my items were received which meant I would miss the single day discount code, so I ended up switching to a refund (for which I never received any sort of email confirming my return was initiated so I hope I get the refund) and losing the bonus cash. A huge waste of time and negative outcome. "
