It’s unfortunate for you to take a stand on something that occurred (10/ 2012) before your last two shipments (11/23/12 & 2/26/13) were successfully made to me. And I’m most thoroughly shocked that you would take the position of holding one of your loyal customers (you and I know how long we’ve done business) responsible for something created by another Canadian Pharmacy (Northwest). This pharmacy was offered to me by CIBA. Three weeks after they claimed the shipment was made they would not (I repeat NOT) offer a tracking number for me to trace. When five weeks past their supposed ship date and I still couldn’t get a satisfactory answer I informed them that I was cancelling the order. After all this shipment concerned necessary needed medicinal products in timely fashion. Not clothing. All of a sudden the heavens opened and a TRACKING NUMBER appeared. At this point I was no longer interested and I urgently reordered
the needed medicine from you and you as usual made the shipment in a couple of days and I received same in early December. That’s the way to do business instead of keeping customers in the dark as is the case with Northwest Pharmacy. In case you’re interested your shipment was received (six) days after the other pharmacy. As I told you earlier, the credit card account used has been in my possession for the last thirty years without a blemish and I don’t intend to offer any other credit card, personal check, nor cash. I don’t appreciate hearing/reading that this financial instrument was declined. I guess Canada has taken a different approach to doing business if it allows companies to do what you just did. If you or any other company in Canada believe that all Americans are stupid enough to have one of your companies think they control our individual finances or how/where/what manner we spend our money, you surely have a lot to learn about our buying power. I have spent over half of my life living & traveling around the world and at my age (67) I don’t have to spend my money where it’s not wanted. I am very happy to find other sources. With much regrets I bid you GOODBYE. You may now cancel the order. Thank you-

Thank you for your reply. We have a new Merchant Services processing our Credit Card payments. Regrettably the Credit card ending in 1097 has perhaps been involved in a dispute for a purchase made online or by phone with another company in the past. Unfortunately our Merchant will not accept your credit card for payment.
We are unable to process a payment with the credit card you have supplied ending in 1097 and will require a new credit card or payment by a personal or International bank check to complete the processing of your order. Please do be advised that given your extensive order history with us, if you decide to pay by check we will complete the processing of and ship your order whilst we await your mailed check.

I don’t know what the problem is. As you know I’ve used this card for all of my purchases with your Company and I’ve been using this card for the last 30 YEARS.
