"I have used Planet Drugs Direct many times over the past few years with good results, but now this company's billing department is apparently totally incompetent.

An order a few months ago had several problems, but after much struggling on my part it was straightened out.

Last week, they put yet another order through with the wrong credit card, which was rejected, and I had to give them the correct info. Success!

However, the order was split into two parts, and they completely messed up the second set of charges also!!! Duhhhhhh.

And this time, they lied to cover up their stupidity, and claimed the second card was rejected also!!

Well, not everybody is stupid, so I checked with my bank: THE 2nd CHARGES HAD NOT EVEN BEEN ATTEMPTED!!

I think that qualifies the company as LIARS!!

I use to ask "how stupid can you be?". I don't any more, because companies like Planet Drugs Direct take it as a personal challenge!"
