"I was mostly but not totally happy with my first experience with Planet Drugs. I sent my prescription in on their website. A couple days later they said they had to contact my doctor "to clarify the issue date" of the prescription. I could read the issue date. I don't know why they couldn't. Then my doctor's office needed to refax a prescription. Next they said they had to contact my doctor for permission to increase the number in the prescription. The doctor had written it for 60, but Planet sold it in lots of 100. So, my doctor's office again had to refax it. Finally they were satisfied, and from then on everything went as promised. The prescription then arrived in about a week. "
