"When I ordered this item in the past through you, it arrived with a cold pack in the box to keep the eye drops cool, because they require refrigeration immediately upon receipt. My last order had specific instruction about immediate refrigeration. I opened this box of 6 and there was no cold pack inside. I have no way of knowing if they are fresh and I am not sure I should use these. This is the first time I've been dissatisfied with PDD. I need an assurance these eye drops are fresh and have not been compromised. Also, I did not get the follow-up e-mail detailing coupon usage and my final cost. I received 3 e-mails: order confirmation, fax received and shipment confirmation. The latter said I'd get another e-mail re:coupon. Did you apply the coupon? A response will be greatly appreciated."

"Emailed all my prescriptions in Jan., placed an order and they wanted another copy. So I emailed them twice, and still have not recieved any confirmtion from them. Planetdrugsdirect is very slow to fill prescriptions, it can take weeks to get them."
