Their site does say most orders ship within 5 business days, and my order did ship on the 5th business day, but I figured that 5 days would be if they needed more from me or from my doctor's office, so I was concerned as time went on and I wasn't contacted for more information that planetdrugs was awaiting info from my doc, which may require a call from me to my doc, which could take more time. Most times no generic version was available in the U.S. Usually delivery has taken approx 2 weeks, this time it required almost a month. Most of the delay was my fault: I mailed in my prescription instead of faxing as I had done in the past and I did not notify my credit card company that I would be showing a significant purchase outside of the country, so the card company had to contact me to verify the charge.
