"I am pretty unhappy about the service I've been receiving. When I first started ordering from planetdrugsdirect, I would receive prompt notification of shipment, and the order would arrive, typically within a week, ten days at the latest. The last few orders have taken several days for me to receive notice of shipment, and much longer transit times. This last time I didn't receive notice of shipment until the day after the request for review arrived via email (8 days after placing my order). I STILL have not received it--a full 20 days after I ordered the prescription to be filled. I ran out of the medication and had to buy enough to tide me over, at full U.S. retail.

The free shipping is great, but what good is it when they don't deliver the product within a reasonable timeframe? I rated this as fair only because of the free shipping.

I have been a customer for at least 4 years, and I like to be loyal to those with whom I deal. However, if this is the best planetdrugsdirect can do, I will be looking for another provider.

I hope the company sees my comments.
