"Item hasn't arrived yet (after 1 week). Planet drugs direct takes about 2-3 weeks typically, so this isn't unexpected. The quality of the Rx are good and they are trustworthy. They do have problems with new prescriptions sent directly by the Doctor by fax. They seem to often lose these. Better to get a paper copy of the prescription, scan it and email it to them. "
