"Negative. Do not order from them. I ordered by phone as their web site was having issues. I ordered Berocca Performance Orange flavor. I was told, no problem, there is only one flavor. When it arrived it was "original" flavor. I tried calling several times , each time customer service couldn't help me because their system was down. Finally reached someone and they told me that they don't take returns on this item. I tried to explain that the error was on them and was told that it is an over the counter medication ( fizzy vitamin supplements) and they dont accept them. SO now I am stuck with almost $200 in unwanted product. Bad experience all around."

"Unlike the last reviewer, my order came from New Zealand and arrived in 10 days. It went through customs without a hitch. If you keep the pill quantity less than 100 per medication, it is easier to go through customs. PlanetDrugsDirect seems to be based in Houston, TX and when you order from them, they order from outside the US to get their best price.
I ordered generic Beconase(prescription needed in US, but not needed outside of US). I saved $80 per bottle. I also ordered generic Lamisill(prescription needed, but generic version is only available outside of US). I saved a whopping $740 ($60 vs $800) for 60 pills.

My Order shipped out to me on January 5, 2009 and I received an email to inform me of this.I received my medicine package on January 15th, 2009 in perfect condition and it came from New Zealand. So it took only 10 days New Zealand to USA--not bad at all I must say. The price had dropped even more to only $62.00 for 100 tablets so exactly 62 cents per tablet for a drug I would pay at least $2.42 per tablet for in the cheapest USA pharmacies. I am thrilled.
I placed my third order with PlanetDrugsDirect on August 2,2007.It was great that with PlanetDrugsDirect the price was just $65 for a 90 tablets supply which is 72.22 cents per tablet which would save me almost $500 per year at this price.I was notified by PlanetDrugsDirect that this 3rd Order with them had shipped out to me on August 7, 2007. I received my third Order from PlanetDrugs Direct on August 21,2007. This Order came in only 20 days after I placed the Order so I felt the time was very reasonable. Also my third order came from Australia whereas my 2nd had come from Germany and my first had come from Canada.
My Second Order was placed on May 4, 2007 shipped on May 15, 2007 and I received it by the US mail on May 30 ,2007 so it took only 26 days to arrive.. Unlike my previous order this order came by certified mail return receipt requested by sender so there was more security in the second shipment than my first order. Also my second Order came from Germany which was much greater distance to travel than from Canada. I got a great price at only $88.00 (shipping included)for 90 day supply of a drug that in USA costs at a minimum $189.00 in the least expensive U.S. brick and mortar pharmacies.That was a savings of $101 or more to me and it was much easier to get than going to the Pharmacy in my car spending gas money.
I placed my very first Order with PlanetDrugsDirect on February 4, 2007 using my credit card. It was a prescription I must take for the rest of my life. They had to change my order from 100 pills to 90 and adjusted the price fairly on Febraury 6, 2007 to do that. I agreed with this change. Then they charged my credit card on February 10 , 2007 and it posted on my credit card account on February 12, 2007. This site does not typically have tracking numbers with their shipments but sometimes they will ship by certified mail. My Order did arrive from Canada on February 21, 2007.My experience with Planet Drugs Direct has been good as they do save customers like me ALOT of money. Be aware that shipping is slower than what customers will often expect because many times the Orders come from overseas and must clear U.S. customs. The longest time I have had to wait for an order to arrive after placing it has been only 26 days which I think is not bad at all for international shipping that must clear US Customs.I have never had to wait more than 4 weeks after placing an Order to receive that Order from PlanetDrugsDirect. This is a terrific site and can save you plenty of money. "
