"I have been using Planet for several years. Usually all goes smoothly but it seems like it takes an unusually long time between the order being received and the order being shipped. I would assume things are done electronically so that is why I
thought the order to ship time would be less. Not a big deal and except for a glitch or two over the years, things go pretty smoothly.
