"My only problem dealing with PDD is that it takes too long for your office to fax my Dr. for refill authorization. It should happen as soon as I request it be done. And faxes incoming to you can take a couple of days to reach the intended person.
Otherwise I'm please with your service. I understand why you need so much lead time from placing the order to actually shipping it out and for me to receive the shipment. And most of the time I get very quick response to my e-mails to your personnel.
