"My order has not been completed due to my credit card being declined. They have requested I provide another card but I do not have another VISA/MasterCard credit card. After 4 calls to Planet Drugs each time I was told my card is in a negative database but no one has been able to tell me why. My bank has not received this transaction request at all so it has not been rejected by the bank or blocked by them. Thus, I am not even sure any attempts have even been made to process the card transaction. During the last call to my bank I was told that if it had been processed by Planet Drugs that it could be that the transaction took too long to transmit and was timing out. Again, my bank has no hold on my card, I have more than adequate credit line and my bank has been informed to process the charge when they get it. However, again today Planet Drugs told me their records still indicate my card was rejected due to it being in a negative database so my order cannot be processed until I send a check, use another VISA/Mastercard, etc. I explained that I used this same credit card in Feb for a previous order with no problems. I have no unresolved disputed claims, no blocks on my card and have an extremely high credit line authorized for that card. My credit rating is in the 800's so I have exceptionally high credit rating. All the above info was discussed and they are passing on the information to the billing department. However, I have no assurance the problem will be resolved. Since I cannot discuss the problem directly with the billing dept I am not sure why or how they determined my card was in a negative database (maybe the card number was submitted incorrectly). This matter needs to be resolved as this is the only VISA credit card I have and I plan to make future purchases with Planet Drugs using the same card. This has been an extremely frustrating process. Sending a personal check will delay the order another 2 weeks or more. I am totally dissatisfied with how this transaction has been handled by the billing dept. I am still working to resolve this issue. "

"Well, as usual I still don't have the medication I ordered. I think they ship everything via tramp steamers that first make ports in China, South America, Sub-Africa and Greenland before delivering the mail to the US Postal authorities.
So I can't really comment on their service since there hasn't been any. I expect another full week at the very least before I see anything arrive."
