"There was an issue with needing a new Rx for refill. I finally called to check the status and found out. They claim to have emailed me multiple times but I never received any emails, not even the initial order confirmation. Checking past emails, I did receive emails last May when I placed the prior order for the same Rx. Something is wrong with their outgoing email system. My email is working fine. I also don't understand the mail delivery process on their Rx's. sometimes the mail person simply leaves it in the mailbox, and sometimes they deliver to the door with a signature required. This is a BIG problem is we're out of town for a week or more and the post office returns it to Planet Drugs.
