"Ordered a ring on 1/1/2010, received email stating it would ship next business day (1/4/2010) overnight, to arrive 1/5/2010.
Called on 1/11/2010 after not getting a tracking number, no response. Company returned our email saying they'd email us a number when it shipped; ignoring the fact that we wanted to just know when the ring would ship.
Called again on 1/18/2010 no answer on the telephone. Emailed shortly after to ask when the order would ship and their immediate response was to cancel my order.
I asked why the order was cancelled and was told it was because the item was backordered and I didn't want to wait.
The item in question is still listed as being in stock and shipping today on their website. When I pointed this out via email to their customer service they told me I should feel free to order the ring again. Unbelievable.
