"We've tried a few of the poster printing companies online with varying degrees of success... some have decent quality but very slow turnaround, others are fast but the paper is thin and quality is low. Posterprintshop has been be the best balance of speed and quality, the media is very thick, colors are spot on, the quality has always been perfect and they ship super fast. Glad we found them!"

"My admin was treated horribly by the chat person. We order 20 plus back lit posters per year as we are a busy venue on Cannery Row. I have a copy of the chat and it's really rude. Unnecessarily so. Instead of trying to help when we had an issue, my admin was dismissed, made to feel stupid, and she left the chat truly feeling bad and like she'd done something wrong. When my admin attempted to call out the behavior of the chat person, they responded with "I'm sorry but...."
That's enough for me to not use this company anymore.
Perhaps they are so successful as a business, they can afford to treat their existing customers badly. Because that's how they act."
"I have nothing but great things to say about posterprintshop.com. My matte canvas print turned out amazing. I’ve ordered prints from the “big name” online stores, but will be using posterprintshop exclusively from now on. The difference in quality is night and day.
I wouldn’t give much credence to the poor reviews that others have left. I can almost guarantee their issues were the result of user error.
Posterprintshop’s online tools are so easy to use with clear explanations for each step. And if you do have a question they are quick to respond, and are always kind.
Their prices are unbelievable — in a good way! Best value online, hands down. "
"The print quality of this company is awful. I ordered two backlit film prints and they both had lines running through them as well as a ton of grain. In addition, the exposure of one was way off. I called and the person I spoke with said he would reprint and sent at no additional charge. He told me that he would personally make sure the prints came out properly before sending. A few weeks later I received the reprints and they were even worse than the originals. More pronounced lines, areas of darkness, grainy and worse exposure. He obviously did not care to look at the prints to ensure the quality. Total waste of money. Do not use this company."
"I ordered two posters "trim to bleed" cut at the edge of the image, a $71.86 order. The posters came with a band of white that is not what I ordered. After I sent three emails they responding by saying they will refund $5 (which they have not done). The $5 is not the point, the point is that I have wasted $71 and my time. I made an order for a product and something different was sent. I don't have the facilities or the tools to trim the posters without risking damaging them. The posters a useless unless the edge is trimmed. I suggested they pay for the return postage and they can trim them. I have not received an answer."
"Ordered the canvas prints from Posterprintshop.com for my pictures:
1. The print out pictures are too dark.
2. They are in wrong colors.
3. Their printer is out of color calibration and they do not know how to calibrate it.
So the pictures that I sent to them are totally different from what they should be.
I tried to contact them and they don't know what they were talking about. They just print whatever they received and do not know anything about the color correction for their printer.
The customer services are cruel and unprofessional. The owner was not there and they are not willing to take the canvas prints back. That means I have to take whatever come out from their shop even if the pictures are really bad.
I have used in many print shops before. This is the worst one that I have to deal with. I do not recommend this print shop to anyone. If you decide to use this print shop. Then you will print your pictures as your own risk."
