"Ridiculously slow delivery and terrible customer services.
Came up cheapest for an AMD 965 process or on Google Shopping, saw that there was one good review and one very bad review already but decided to risk it despite never hearing of the company.
After 3 days there was no update to my order so decided to ring them as it states customer services are open until 7pm. I was then told that the sales team were all away home and told to ring back 9-5 the next day.
I was working the next day so sent an email to the sales team asking for an update as I would of expected to have received the item by their own delivery estimate. No response to the email.
Sent another email a day later, which was a little sterner lets say.
This did prompt a reply the next day stating that my order was shipped, but the system hadn't been updated, but now was.
Item received 3 days after that!
In total, 7 days for delivery, 2 emails and a waste of a phone call.
Fair enough they were the cheapest, but I really did get what I paid for and may have gone to a larger company had I had an idea what service I was about to receive."
