"PremierTVs specialty is switch-and-bait tactics -- they advertise LG TVs that are "not US retail" (they add "UA/CA" to the end of LG's model number) versions at low prices and then when you order them, they call to tell you that you "really want" the more expensive "US Retail" model. After calling LG, I discovered that they only make ONE model of the TV that I was looking for so I told the PremierTV salesman to go ahead and ship the lower cost European (or sometimes they would call it the commercial model) but he insisted it would not work and when I told him that is fine and go and send it anyway he informed me that I would have to pay shipping (not from their store to my house but from Asia to their store) and import/docking fees. At this point, I cancelled my order . . . be aware that the price their list WILL NOT be the price you pay and who know what you will end up getting!"
