Awful just awful

"I ordered a blanket to help keep an elderly gentleman warm, what I got was a horrible feeling piece of fabric thin as a t-shirt. The picture I used was light and bright but it turned out so dark and red toned it is awful to look at. I paid almost $50 for this item and the texture isn’t even soft. As a blanket it is far from being warm. The whole thing laughable. For the price And their claims of quality I expected at least something useable. My dog wont even lay on it. "

Cheap junky blurry blankets

"Immediately after I ordered the "top of the line" Sherpa blankets they asked me to leave a review about how happy I was on another website. I decided to wait and inspect the quality. It was effortless to order, took three weeks to get here, and calling the blankets garbage might be too kind. The pictures were blurry and looked to be printed on felt that was sewn to the thinnest piece of Sherpa I have ever seen. I am so disappointed in the quality. Now I have to find another birthday present for my mom. Ugh!"

Poor customer service & quality control

"I'd give 0 stars if possible. Product is fine if there are no issues. On 11/6/21, I ordered 250 holiday cards but I only received 125 envelopes. Since 11/26/21 to now 5 days before Christmas, I haven't received my envelopes. I start early for a reason but Printerpix has ruined my holiday spirit with their terrible customer service. The only follow a script for their customer resolution. They lack problem solving and ability to think outside of their box. Clearly, their script should be rewritten. Finally another option was given by Patrick after I insisted and complained. On 12/13 a replacement order was made because that's the only way to expedite getting envelopes but I still haven't received anything. I was told I've receive tracking information and that I'd have it by Dec. 20th. On Dec. 20th, I had to call to get tracking info which they said would take 24 hours to obtain. When I finally received the tracking info, delivery is for Dec. 22 by 9pm. I've spent too much time on hold, sent chats & emails and not received any calls from customer managers to resolve this matter. BEWARE IF YOU ORDER FROM PRINTERPIX. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & RESOLUTION POLICIES. I guess to get holiday cards, I need to order in October. Order from another company."

Terrible

"Once you place the order, you will never get to speak to a customer service about what happened to the order. I also received emails that I have an incomplete cart, yet my order was completed with a customer order number. When I live chatted with a customer representative, I did not get the attention and was left hanging with very long pauses where I would ask, "are you still there?" Save yourself the trouble and order locally."

No Customer Support, Month later and Order not processed

"Placed custom mug order on 11/15, its 12/16 and has not shipped. I have emailed customer support 6x, I have tried to call. they do not care about customers, they do not ship orders, avoid at all costs. I ended up placing my order on vistaprint instead. Thanks for not delivering my order, I will dispute with my credit card company shortly."

Customer Service is terrible

"Long time ago I ordered a photo-book from them. Not bad. I bought 5 coupons on Groupon to print FIVE-100-paged books. You can imagine that 500 pages it maight be from 500 to 5,000 pictured that need to choose and edit. for all these printerpix.com gave 30 days (active days) !!! I had more emergency work that editing books for a while after 30 days my job printerpix.com DELETED all my albums from the account!
Hundreds hours of my work they deleted!
After all I lost my pictures and I never ordered my purchase 5 photobooks.
And second - After that I start to receive Subscriptions emails. Many of them. They bother me with their emails! I already contacted customer service multiple times - no help from them!
I wanted CANCEL Subscriptions! I used their link "Click here to unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive emails from Printerpix. " But it doesn't work! I got a message: "Sorry, we were unable to process your request. Provided Email Address Does Not Match Original Recipient." However, my account is still active!

"First they mess up my cup and then when I asked how long will it take to get it they told me it will be past the time I needed it. No apology and not so sad terms I was pretty much so sad too bad. His company needs to gets their act together before they go bankrupt."

Printerpix ripped me off!

"I purchased 10 calendars as Christmas gifts and received only 1 for approx $80 plus.
I contacted printerpix right away, several times, their last comment that I received was: the date I received it. My reply was I received 1 not 10. Even their regular price for one calendar isn’t $80. This was a special promotion of 10 calendars not 1. I have disputed it w my credit card co. Their response again was the date I received the 1 calendar. I am in the habit of writing good reviews, not bad ones. My advice is don’t use printerpix unless you too want to be ripped off!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

"This is a HORRIBLE company to work with. I purchased a photo blanket on November 6th. It is now December 22nd and I have not received it. Their website says if you order blankets by December 12th that you will get it by Christmas.... that is obviously a lie since mine was placed on November 6th and nothing. I have tried contacting them for weeks now. There phone never works or you wait on hold until it disconnects you. They do NOT answer emails as I have sent multiple. I have spent HOURS on chat just to be cut off multiple times when I get close to the first person in line of the queue. I will NOT order from them again and I will make sure everyone knows about my experience with them. As of now, I still have not gotten a response from them"

"This company is terrible I needed a photo for Christmas paid 81 dollars tried to cancel the order due to not receiving it by Christmas. I was told after several attempts to try and contact them that I would be charged 30 dollars to receive a 50.00 dollar refund. This is the most unprofessional company that I’ve ever dealt with I will give them a bad review on every platform I utilize. "
