I ordered the tests I wanted through PrivateMDLab's website, and they sent my requisition papers the next morning. I scheduled a time slot with my local lab, and I went for my draw the next day without any issues. I received the results through PrivateMDLab's website in about 36 hours. I was very pleased with the speed and convenience.

You can't bill insurance for PrivateMDLab's services, but you can pay with your FSA/HSA debit card. You do end up paying quite a bit more than you would under insurance-negotiated rates (but you save out on doctor's visit fees), so, if you have high deductible health insurance (or none at all), or your insurance won't cover the work you want, then this is a really good option in terms of cost (when you realize $100-$200 savings on the doctor's visit) and especially time."
