"Purchased excel 2016, the product emails went into my spam box, so if you dont recieve an email check your bulk folder, my issue was that the software key didnt work with the microsoft download, sent an email, screen shot and message to product support, the following day Daniel from support assisted me to download the software and register the product key (sent the previous day) now up and running with software installed. Very happy with the purchase, a word of advise, dont waste time calling the help line, send an email together screen shot and leave measages on their website , and check your bulk / spam mail for download links if not in your inbox , also note that you can search and send the download link using your email address on their website using "view my order"."

"I ordered software on 11/19 and never received it. I called and emailed them with no response. I needed the software so I purchased it elsewhere. On 11/21 I finally got hold of them and they said they KNEW their server was not able to send software to outlook servers. I had to open a gmail account to be able to email them my complaint. They insist I have to pay even though they know I never got their product. They refer to a small clause in their terms and conditions. "

and answered my questions professionally and they know
what they're talking about
iso file and key came with a GOOD installation readme text

please remember that upgrade difficulties you may have
prob have MORE TO DO WITH MICROSOFT and YOUR COMPUTER
than PKD .. they are providing an ISO file and a valid key
in my case the upgrade from Vista64 to Win7 Ultimate64 went through
without a hitch - DID have to enter the key 2x .. but they said in the
readme you might have to enter it several times
( my next computer might be a totally diff story - thank you MS.. )

please note - i am not a "friend" or whatever .. juts found them on
Google and took a chance
from this experience they could give HP, Dell, etc some training ..

"i go to there web side order win10 home for $60.00. I received email confirmation order # and the promise email for order link and keys will be send at end of the business day, order was on sunday so i wait till end of monday. anothe email send say they out of stock for winhome but will send me win pro instead but nothing sent i call the 800 number no respond only voice mail box, emal to customer service no respond. I will give them few more day to respond if not I call my visa to reverse the transaction."
