I gave them a call (Zach x207) and he worked with me on the pricing as much as he could and one of the biggest concerns for me was to get it before the weekend. Just as Zach said I received it a day earlier that I expected it. I received what I ordered except for one back ordered item that I received a few days later. I love the camera and was very happy with the service I received from Zach and Celia from customer service. I emailed her with a question and she responded within a few hours and also called me to make sure I was taken car of, now thats customer service. In the past with other vendors I would be lucky to even get a response. Overall I was very happy with the sevice and the pricing. I will recommend protekdirect to my family and friends. "I ordered a Canon Powershot s40 from them. They tried to sell some additional accessories along with it, and I had planned to get some anyway, so I also bought an additional battery and case. When I let them know their prices were too high on the accessories they were willing to drop the price down to near what I had seen elsewhere (add shipping from another company and it would have been the same). They tried to sell me an extended warranty, but I declined, and they were OK with that. They never sent me a shipping confirmation, but when I emailed them about it, it came promptly with a tracking number. It was shipped on time, and came when expected. Overall it was a pretty easy purchase."
