"Ordered filters on 8-10-23, thought I would give them a chance despite the bad reviews and complaints with the BBB, since I had no issues when I ordered filters from them 3 years ago. After ordering, I saw that my credit card was charged the same day as my order, but I did not get an order confirmation. I found two different phone numbers searching online (no phone number on their website), both of which were not working numbers. A Google search shows the address as being a residential house. I messaged them on their website and they confirmed the order the next day.
After 2 weeks and 2 messages to them asking for a ship date with no response, I called my credit card company and got a refund a week later. I found all the filters I need at ESP Water products for less money, and they even have a valid phone number and humans to assist you on the phone!"

"Placed an order online on June 17. No response to several emails asking for a ship date. Then credit card payment was canceled without explanation on 6/25 and no response to email asking what the status of the order was. Shocked this company is still in business because they are really bad at it.

"Ignored a simple order and never replied to email after asking when the items were or would ship. The intent to file dispute with credit card company was included in the last email asking for status to which this company evidently credited the order back but never sent a single response. The phone number on credit card receipt goes to a fast busy signal. This looks like a fraud ring. DO NOT USE!"
