"The company charge shipping to you for say $20 but then once you’ve received the item you’ll receive a shipping charge notice from UPS as well. So the shipping you’re paying the company isn’t real, it’s just more pocketed money for them. Shady. "

"I attempted to order a puzzle but I site seems to freeze while trying to purchase and I never received a confirmation email. I tried to order again and got a confirmation email right away. Two days later I get 2 email that a puzzle was shipped. When I emailed with customer service they were unhelpful and pretty much told me too bad. I will never buy from them again, they will steal your money. "

The pictures on the cardboard box that included the puzzle pieces was perfect, what happened with the printing of the puzzle I can’t imagine. I would not recommend the company PuzzleYou to anyone, terrible customer service. The address of this company when put into Google maps search shows a tattoo parlor."

"Sent a picture a high quality/high definition picture for a 2000 piece puzzle. The puzzle came back blurry, the color very much darker than the original (like they had cheapen out on the colored ink) and the middle of the puzzle could not be linked back together (the cut was poorly done). I emailed the customer service who was very kind and decided to resent another puzzle that was supposed to be brighter. I had to pay for the import duties again which was an exorbitant price. I opened the package to realized they made the picture way more pale.... not brighter. Now, I'm **** and I'm stuck with 2 $#*!ty puzzles that only costed me an arm and leg!!"
"I ordered on a Wednesday. On Saturday I had not received any confirmation or other correspondence from PuzzleYOU about my order. I emailed them to cancel my order due to the untimely service and instead of acting in good faith and canceling my order they proceeded to charge my account and ship the order. I once again contacted their customer service and was told there could be no refund because it had shipped. Keep in mind they shipped my order AFTER I canceled it. I also know for certain that they lied to me about it shipping as the tracking information from UPS clearly stated it had not yet left their facility and that no tracking information would be available until it was picked up. These are not merchants. They are thieves."
"I wanted a challenge but damn. On my 2000 piece puzzle pieces were cut identical and could fit in multiple places. I had a white and off white background and since the pieces could fit in multiple places white was mixed with off white. After completing the puzzle I had to go back and interchange the pieces. Also the puzzle was blurry and my photo was not. Some pieces also didn't fit properly and I spent so much time trying to figure out if the pieces I joined together were correct. "
"The puzzleI ordered was blurry and the color quality was not the same as the original that I sent them. I was disappointed in the puzzle and contacted the company. They were prompt to reply back and asked for a photo of the box cover and I resent it to them and the photo which I originally gave them to show the difference in color and clarity.
I was told that THEY were happy with the differences in the puzzle compared to the photo.
Offered me a 25% off my next order.
I asked if I could send them another different photo to make a different puzzle.
THEY said NO
I then asked them to reimburse me the cost of the puzzle and I would pay the shipping to send it back cause we were not happy with it.
I was told that I could not return it because THEY felt it was as good as it was going to get with the color and clarity.
This puzzle is in the garbage and it cost me $45.00 plus the shipping charges. Well over $50.00.
I did not feel that this is a consumer friendly company. I feel they are not about making the customer happy.
There are many other puzzle making companies out there. Try one of them over this company!!!"

"I ordered a puzzle for my parents Christmas present in November to ensure it came on time. I ordered it November 17 and it came today, November 22. Less than a week coming from overseas AND it had a delay. The box comes wrapped in plastic, so I can’t open the puzzle right now to look at the printing quality, but the speed in which it was delivered is great!"

If i would have known before, that i ordered abroad i probably wouldn´t have done this, but i found out that it came from Germany just after the parcel had arrived. Made in Germany is not only a quality brand for cars, this puzzle was of such a quality, that i couldn´t believe it had been produced in such a short time and overseas. From the beginning i was informed about the state of my order, in their order overview they show every step in production and you can see at any time which step in production your puzzles takes at the moment.
