I feel its necessary to answer the above review by krOq as she had some confusions which resulted into unpleasant experience. ------The issue was the items she ordered, some of them were out of stock and we do accept its our mistake for not being able to be up to date but when you have over 16,000 SKU, its definitely hard to stay up to date with stock in real time. The product she ordered were taken up by another customer before and we could update the stock as everything here is manual.
------Secondly, she expect that we could ship her order in a day or two like Amazon but regretfully we are not Amazon. We are small retailer and in general Korean cosmetics suppliers ship product in 3 to 5 days while we ship within 2 to 4 days except some exceptional cases and we clearly mentioned on our website.
