"I purchased a recharge from Tebtel to go to Cuba. It has not arrived and these Rebtel crooks say it has. My friend says it has not... I also used Ding to recharge him... their recharge arrived in Cuba in 1 hour.
I NOW know who use to send phone recharge help to my Cuba friends.

"This is the worst international calling app ever. Not one phone call got connected, except one to a toll free number. Nobody cares. The issues i had since the beginning. Wanted to give them another chance, but nothing changed. I wasted money and time. It's charging even no call is connected. Somebody has to close this business down."

"Appalling BE CAREFUL! They can switch you off at any time giving no explanation. Application is fine while it works. I was a rebtel customer for a long time. Now I lost services for 3 weeks. It took their customer service ages to figure out what's wrong as there is no phone support and the email responces are very slow. "I used a Rebtel number in Dec, and reached to total strangers. I tried 3 times and got the same results, was charged for these malfunctioned phone calls. I promptly cancelled my Rebtel account, which still had $24 credit left.
My account had two Master Cards in it – one of them was closed/cancelled, one was active/current. Rebtel began charging the current/active card in March, when I made the switch. However, my $24 credit was refunded to my already cancelled credit card, which I had no access to it.
I went back & force with numerous Rebtel reps, they all repeated the same thing – too bad, we can’t help you, you got to work with your “bank,” as shown below:

If you are canceling a Rebtel account, make sure use up all credit – because, if you have multiple credit cards loaded in your account, you have no guarantee they will refund your credit to your most current card. Nobody at Rebtel bothers to check which card is the most recently used – if your refund was sent to your closed/cancelled credit card, all you will get is, “too bad! Good luck with your ‘bank’!!!” with their friendly customer reps. Ugh!

"They block me from making calls and made me make payments every week even if I have 60+ minutes. I aske for explanation but i did not receive any meaningful support. The automated email told me that they will get back to me within 24 hours, but they contacted me after 2 weeks with no information i wanted. I reviewed them on Google and shared my experience, then they contacted me and apologized, even asked my complaint # to see my case and make a refund. I sent them the number/code they were looking for, but they did not contact me back! I waited for almost 4 weeks and when I was trying to make a call, they wanted me to make a payment again, when I have 104 minutes, which is equivalent to $30. This is the worst experience, I uninstalled the app and shifted to BOSS Rev. Shame on Rebtels, Loosers!"

An automated voice comes on requesting to top-up my minutes by doing an automatic recharge to my credit card every time I'm on a call. That's a hungry shark trying to scam me of all my money. I tried to remove my credit card number from their site but somehow it's still stored in their database. "
"Biggest Frauds you will ever see in Market. Just visit their website and the first thing you want to see is there is no customer care or Toll Free number to reach them in case of issues.. They have an email option and you will see the most unprofessional, insensitive and careless handling of customer grevience via this mechanism.... Never waste your time and money on these cheaters...
