"Disappointed due to stopped supporting Skype to SIP connection"

"Hi Team, i am from India and I have come in spain due to some official work for 2 year. I was using rebtel because it was providing the service at cheap rate awit good quality but recently you have increased the call charges to India so I am no longer using the servic. With me there are around 20 more people who have
stooped the using the Rebtel because it has increased the rate. Now we all are using some other VOIP service which is more cheaper.

"After the collapse of AlphaTelecom I was delighted to find Rebtel. The service was good and the price was good for my weekly calls to Uganda. Then I was advised that the charges were being reduced; I was even more pleased. However, less than a year later the price more than doubled. And the service has got worse and worse. "I've tried using Rebtel for some time to reach my friend from Jamaica from France.
1. I got no free call that worked.
2. After a few months when attempting to add funds I could not login for 2 weeks.
3. The service center sent me 3 different login numbers, none of which worked.
4. I can't recommend them to anyone."

"Rebtel is a VOIP service company. I have to say I am very angry with their company and service. Its strategy to make money is to tell you that you can get $10 bonus by paying $10. However, you cannot get it. And then when you dispute with them, they just locked your account and told you that unless you accept their conditions you cannot use your account. Here is what I experienced this week.
First, I paid $10 as the first payment, according to their advertisement, I could get $10 bonus as the first payment.
But I did not find $10. I wrote three letters to them but got no response.
I had to initiate a dispute through paypal. Ok, this time they did something. They locked my account, said if I wanted to unlock my account, I should cancel the dispute in paypal. But they never mentioned the bonus or refund.
That means either I accept no bonus or my account will be locked forever there is $10 paid in the account and I will lose $10.
Now, you can see, that is their tricks to make money.
Tell you that you can get bonus. But when you pay for it, you get nothing. If you want to dispute with them, even the money you paid will be locked.
They know generally people would not spend several hours or several days to dispute for the $10 bonus, then they can make it. That is why you could only buy their service in their website, not in ebay or other websites. They do not want you to review them in other sites."
