"If you order from Redpowers.com, don't expect to have a return option. When searching for a replacement battery for my laptop I felt comfortable with the advertised "30 Day Money Back" they advertise. Unfortunately when trying to submit for an RMA to return it, they tell me the info(that's on the packing list they sent me) isn't correct. There is no phone # on the website to contact them and they do not return emails. I would be very careful with ordering from this site. Poor service. Not recommended. "
"I ordered 4 cartridges for my laser printer 7 days ago… Immediately the money was taken out of my account (nearly $400). The only thing I received was a “print page for your order conformation” at the time of the order (thank god for that). Redpowers promises next day shipping. It’s been 7 days and nothing, I tracked my order and it said not yet shipped. The product was said to be in stock at the time of order. I haven’t heard a single word. I’ve sent 3 e-mails on the contact us page NOTHING… Not so much as an e-mail saying we have received your order. Cant find a phone # for Redpowers anywhere. I’m starting to get a little paranoid, debating rather to cancel my order and report them to my bank to reverse the charges, as well as to the BBB. I will keep those concerned posted.
It has been very poor service all the way around (so far), The only one seem to be doing their job correctly is the collection dept.

"This company cheated me. They sent me a different product than the one I ordered. The laptop battery I received was not even compatible with my computer. When I asked to return it, they gave me the information, but even after checking with the UPS tracking and knowing they received my package, they denied having received it. After I sent them the tracking information, and 10 more emails, they ignored me and never sent a response. There is no phone number on the webpage and no other way to contact them so they took my money and the battery and pretended that I never existed. Terrible customer service!!!!!!"
"We are very impressed with redpowers as we tryed buying a battery in our city and not a one after trying all the major stores here, so just gave up and thought we would have to buy a new phone and then I had a idea to check on the internet and lucky found the exact battery we needed for our phone. Ordered it immediately which was over the New Year weekend and did not receive a confirmation of order so, I e-mailed the company inquiring about our order and much to my surprise, I had a e-mail in the morning from the company "GOOD NEWS", your order shipped and it arrived today and its the right battery and we will recommend this company and also we will order again when needed. They got the item out to ship the same day even though it was after their 2 pm cut off. Battery was exactly as described and fit perfectly. They sent two emails with confirmation and tracking numbers so the communication was very good. I would purchase from the again."
