"I ordered 2 ink cartridges from them because of the great deal it appeared to be. They arrived quickly but did not work well. One cartridge worked for a short time; the other one never did work. After a lot of back-and-forth emailing, they finally did offer to replace them, but I would have had to pay the shipping and it just wasn't worth it.
In all fairness, I think RefillBay is trying to do a good thing...but Lexmark printers apparently don't do well with off-brand cartridges. I guess that's how Lexmark keeps making money for themselves!"
"It's been three weeks and they have still not shipped my order. The only contact I've received from refillbay.com is in response to my emails and its always a standard email with no help to the issue. They sell ink they don't have on hand, charger your card immediately, and don't inform the buyer at all that the ink is back ordered. Poor communication and customer service."
"I ordered from Refill Bay because they had the best price. When the package arrived I installed the replacement cartridge. My printer refused to recognize it, even after repeated attempts to reset the printer. They even had the nerve to tell me it was impossible for me to be having the issues I was having. Really? Impossible? I must be living in my own crazy world I then. After dealing with these people for 2 weeks, sending 2 separate photos shoots of the problem, they email me a return label to print and send the product back to them. I told them I couldn't print it because I'm out of ink. They responded with another email saying not to use the label they emailed me, and for me to pay for the shipping and insurance for the package on my own. This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I would urge anyone and everyone to avoid this company. "

"i've used them often, but sometimes they ask USPS to confirm delivery. If you're not home during delivery, your cartridges end up at the post office and you have to pick them up yourself. very inconvenient.

"I miss-read the instructions. They are listed by cartridge number for each printer, not by printer model. Their help line was great in telling me where to look. This is the best place on the internet for refills. I highly recommended them. "
"I ordered on a Saturday and I got my order the next Friday. The instructions were very easy to follow. I refilled my HP 61XL with no problems. I used the included cleaner to clean off the printer head where some ink leaked out. (I over filled it a big and ended up taking 2ml out). I put the cartridge into my printer and the page came out perfectly. It will be a long time before I buy the black ink set again because I'll end up getting 7 fills for a little over $2 each!! A savings of over $200 if I bought new cartridges each time."
"No customer support except by email. Vendor refused to return my call requesting discussion of why my Canon 128 cartridge would not print after following all refill instructions. The bottom line is do not attempt to refill this cartridge. It's not worth the risk of things going wrong in the process. My guess is that my cartridge would not print properly because of contamination resulting from creating a refill access hole with a hot iron tool. Threw it in the trash and bought OE."
