I bought a laptop battery that failed within 6 weeks of buying it.
as it had a 2 year warranty i got onto them by e-mail.had no reply and sent another 3 emails and also phone them both in uk and in usa they dont answer the phone and have an answerphone that asks you to leave your details- then they dont come back to you.
THIS AMOUNTS TO THEFT IN MY BOOK DO NOT USE THEM!!"

"I ordered the battery - Replacement for CANON NB-4L (EDCN009L) from the company. When the battery arrived, it is a prototype battery and not a real production battery. The company is totally misrepresent the product on its website. Interestingly, the website listed US as office but the product was shipped from Hong Kong. I will never buy from this company, ever."

I received it on 1/29/08 and that is with it having sat in the DHL truck for a whole extra day. The only thing I would complain about is that there was no packing slip, just the battery in a box. "
