"I ordered a toner cartridge 12/8/2008. It arrived quickly, excellent condition, best price around. I ordered another toner cartridge from them 3/24/2009. Still haven't received it. Emailed them and got no response. Now today I can't even access their web page! I get a message "This account has been suspended". Looks like they shut down..."

"Ordered from this company on 4/21/09. They immediately charged my card, but I have been unable to contact them since. I can't even find their website. I think this is a SCAM. I disputed the charge with my credit card company in the hopes of recuperating the $244.85 they charged my card!"

Replen-it gladly accepted my payment by Paypal. That's all they ever did. 3 weeks later, the order was still in the "pending" state on their web site.
No shipping date estimate.
No answers to email.
Voice mail box always full.

I ended up having to dispute the charge entirely with my credit card company, and bought the toner from Amazon, Brother OEM ones for about 20% more, which came in 2 days.

Do not even considering buy from this company, if it even exists anymore at all.

"If this company was ever good, it is not now. I ordered a brother toner cartridge on Feb 20th. They had no problem in taking my paypal payment. Feb 26th, they said the order was being "sent to their warehouse for processing".
As of March 18th, nothing. I have emailed them several times and never gotten a return response. Calls are to a voicemail system that is full (one can't leave a message)
I started a claim with Paypay -- which immediately escalated it because they got no response from this "company".

They are either a scam or they are defunct but still taking money -- which makes them a scam.
