"I ordered the replacement part for my PS2 on May 3rd. After waiting a few days with no notification that it had been sent and not receiving it I emailed their support. I received no reply. I waited a few more days and after still receiving no package or no reply I submitted another request for the status of the order through the form on their website thinking that maybe it was possible they didn't get my email and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Again, I received no reply. I finally had enough and put in a PayPal dispute. The 20th I received the part I had been waiting for over 2 weeks for -- perhaps coincidentally, perhaps not. I'm glad I wasn't stiffed but I'm not going to be ordering anything again from them. It's understandable that some small businesses can get flooded with work that needs to be done but they could at least give the heads up on what was going on with your orders."

"I've recently ordered a replacement LCD screen for the PSP, it contained a number of dead pixels. Their item description says "Each Screen Has Been Tested For Dead Pixels Prior To Shipping!". I still got dead pixels. Plus the top and left side of the screen has a small black bar, which means it doesn't show an image on it. The item was also shipped without a protective film on the LCD, the static/bubble bag left marks on the screen that had to be wiped out. I emailed them about this upon finding out about the problem, never heard from them."

"Sent in PS2 May 2006 for repair. After several emails from me I finally got a response, I was told the laser was bad and could be fixed for $69.95. I payed with Paypal on June 2, 2006. Never heard anything from them again. I sent a dozen emails and several phone calls went unreturned. Had to file a dispute through Paypal. I got my money back but they still have my PS2!! STAY AWAY, they are crooks."

about 8 months ago i made two orders which were a ps2 motherboard and various ps2 parts including ps2 lasers.after 6 months waiting for these two orders [in the meantime i send tens of e-mails to this site with no response] finally ,i once received a mail from richs that states that the order was withheld due to no ps2 lasers of one type not available which were out of stock for a long time and he told me that if i want he will send me another ps2 type lasers instead. with that e-mail i replied to him instantly that states that it's ok for me to send me other types of lasers.he didn't replied to me again and i continued sending mails to him and finally he answered me and told me that he never received my mails concerning to it's ok you can send me other types of lasers and he told me that now he is goind to dispatch the order the next week. finally the answer is that now it had passed over 2 months now and i still didn't received nothing and he even is again not responding my mails. these two orders costs me over 600 usd. so please never think to buy anything from this site as they take your money and they never respond to you again. BE VERY CAUTIOUS ."

"Xbox dvd drive was advertised as new, but when it arrived it was obviously used or refurbished. Emails with Rich convinced me to give it a try anyway (he denied lying, said his dealer told him it was new, but he can't tell the difference).

After a month and a half, the drive is failing with read errors.

"I, too, felt confident from purchasing from this vendor, because of all of the positive reviews (the price + free shipping was also an incentive ;) ).
I ordered on March 1st, 2005 around 12:30 A.M., and to my surprise, I received an e-mail saying that the product was shipped ... on March 1st, 2005 at 3:55 A.M. I used the free shipping, instead of upgrading to one of their faster shipping options. It only took them a few hours to ship my product! (which was a clear blue ps2 flip top cover)
I received my unit on March 3rd, and hurridly opened it. Everything was perfect. I looked around on-line for instructions because it did not come with one (not that it needed it, the install was very simple). However, to my dismay, the white piece with the magnet that came with this product often made some jittery noises and could not read some of my discs, but that was fine. I was able to use the white piece from my original ps2 cover. So no big deal.
All in all, I would do business with them again. Thanks again for such great service!"
