"I paid for 3-5 day shipping. That was my first mistake. It took 12 days to arrive and I had to actually contact customer service to get the tracking number. At first they gave me a tracking number that they themselves stated was "invalid" in the email. What is even the point of that? It took multiple days afterward before they gave me a real tracking number. I had already asked for a refund by this point as the convention I bought this cosplay for had already passed. The email I received back simply stated that they will not give me a refund. I have replied to them asking for more information and have been completely ignored since.

As for the cosplay itself... The top is much larger than the stated measurements and the bottoms are far far smaller. The top is also so thin that you can see through it in perfect detail. One of the included items came apart during shipping. I would say that it 'broke' but it was literally hot glued together. Most of the other pieces are very poorly aligned glued together thin sheets of foam instead of just one thicker piece. The decals on the stockings are quite literally glued on upside down! I don't know how much more cheaply made it can possibly be. There is nothing redeemable about this thing.

Go somewhere, anywhere, else to buy your cosplay! This website is a scam! There is no way these 5 star reviews are legitimate."

"If I could I would have given 0 stars. I ordered a brown wig with twintails and paid 24$+shipping for it. What I recieved was a totally different wig, purple and with a ponytail. Plus, the lucky bag cosplay I ordered came incomplete. There was no bow nor stockings, it was just a waste of their warehouse they try to sell you. Never buying again. Still hoping for a refund or the right wig to come.
I'm not even the only one who got herself in this situation and didn't get a refund.

UPDATE: It seems they reshipped the wig. I'm waiting for it to come, then I'll edit the review, for now I'll add a star for their Customer Service.
About Violet's cosplay, it seems it never came with the other items in description, so I asked them to update it to make it coherent. Regarding the size, I don't wanna spend again time about it, I'll just sew it to make it smaller."
