"Place an order on 12/11, for which I have a confirmation email and they charged my credit card. on 12/19, I received notice of refund from my credit card company. Looked at my order status on Romwe, and just says refunded. Tried to ask someone via chat, they said "you didn't verify order"? What verification, They end ME a verification email. Do not buy for them."
