"Ordered some equipment that was promised within 1 week, it was then put on back order and never communicated to me. Ordered different unit 10 days later and promised it would be received within 1 week. Finally received it 4 weeks later. When asked sales manager multiple times (phone and email) for a credit for troubles, he never responded. BE AWARE...They're lead times are much longer than they originally indicate and customer service of sales manager is awful. "
