"Big Scam I ordered never got tracking light"
"I purchased a fuel hatch door on their website on January 1. I did receive a hatch door, but it was the wrong color. I notified them and they agreed they shipped the wrong item to me. But they refused to pay for the return shipping. They stated the image of the hatch door was "just a stock photo" and didn't represent the part. "

Here is my story: On December 3rd, 2021 I found online the lock I needed to replace my trailer broken lock.
Even though the lock price was much higher than I expected I still bought it because i could not find this lock on Amazon, Ebay etc..
After waiting about 1 week finally I received lock but it was not the lock I supposed to get and did not fit my trailer door.
I immediately contacted the seller and sent them picture what I ordered and what I received so obviously they sent me a wrong lock.
The seller emailed me back (keep in mind they NEVER answering phone and you cannot leave voice message) !
Anyways, to make the story short - today, on December 16th I finally see pending transaction from this rip off company for refund of ONLY $47.94?!
I paid them $67.51 for the lock plus had to ship their wrong lock back and it cost me an additional $8.52 so the TOTAL cost I spent on their WRONG LOCK (that I never ordered and have pictures to proof) was $76.02 and I am getting only $$47.94 back?
Basically after more than a month I of wasting my time I AM LOSING $28.08? For what? What kind of RIP OFF or SCAM is this?
I am writing this fair review of exactly happened to me with this DISHONEST BUSINESS or basically SCAM to make sure that anyone who is even thinking to buy from you do not make the same mistake I made.

I finally called the manufacturer and I was told they never placed an order. I filed with the BBB, the London KY police dept., my credit card company next the FBI"

Ordered a AC unit in June received it in July. Opened the box and the ac unit was damaged. I operate a rv business and always trying to please my customers and make things right, Well my customer is still Waiting for a ac unit and noone has returned my emails or calls . I did file a claim with PayPal. What a freaking nightmare..."
"Ordered a dometic brisk air 2 15k air conditioner and three associated parts. The three parts came with no issue. The actual air conditioner was another story. The air conditioner came via UPS and looked as if someone dropped it from a three story building. Why use the manufactures box to ship - have no earthly idea. I refused the shipment - was a Thursday. I tried to contact RV Parts Country - rather impossible due to no voice communication being available on their end. Tried emailing sales - waste of time. Tried their ticketing system - another waste of time. Was told, via a service rep in the ticket, to email "Returns". In the mean time UPS tried to deliver the ac unit again - was Friday of the same week. Refused the shipment again and told the driver, for a second time, to not attempt delivery again. Driver told me the shipper requested it be delivered. "Returns" had not made contact with me so it was at that point I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. I'll never do business with RV Parts Country again. BTW - review the yelp reviews"

The people you order from will not help you with a return item. Received a Dometic A/C unit for camper. $705.00. when I opened the box it came in it had obviously been dropped. It was busted up all over. After 6 attempts to contact the returns department they refuse to contact me back for what they were going to do. Keep saying I would be contacted in the order that they received. Now stuck with a busted unit and camping season is here.

"Unbelievable!!! It just doesn’t get any worse! Ordered a parallax 6345. Quickly charged my discover and that was the end of it. Can’t get anybody on the phone to talk to. Send me an automated email that I need to complete my order and want all my credit card info again. I don’t think so folks.so believe all these reviews folks. I filed a dispute thru my Discover card and they are handling it. But it is really a shame that a online business would treat customers this way. "
"My part is lost in USPS & returns department not helpful. No response other than a canned response. Did not return my call or help. Guess I am out $53. Terrible service. I will never order anything else from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned. "
