I can list several big name brands that just either never respond to you or are extremely unhelpful and because of that I won’t buy from them again but Sabo Skirt replied immediately and helped me with a problem that they didn’t need to do, they could have just referred back to their policy and said no but because they treated me with such care and compassion I will always go back now every time I need a new outfit. Customer service is the most important part of a business if you want loyal return customers, it’s a shame so many brands don’t realise this!!!
